- Act as a Steward of the company's brand strategy andpositioning platform, leading crossfunctional project teams focusedon the execution of branding programs, initiatives, and/orstrategies.
- Help to identify how our brand is currentlypositioned in the market and design a researchbased brand strategy,analyzing customer knowledge, anticipating consumer trends, developingmarket analysis, and ensuring best marketing practices are followed tocreate successful brand strategies.
- Develop and maintain thebrand messaging and brand visual elements, guiding the creativedirection to meet the objectives of all publicity and publiccommunications.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed atcommunicating our brand message.
- Communicate our brandpersonality internally and align the company around foundationalconcepts, ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brandmessaging.
- Assist in the creative direction to meet theobjectives of all publicity and public communications, influencingbrand initiatives to increase brand awareness and consideration andbuild the market position.
- Establish positioning, identify targetaudiences and consumer opportunities, and develop marketing plans withspecific objectives to increase brand awareness in different channelsand segments.
- Develop, execute and track collateral, andmaterials for both internal and external purposes, developing andimplementing brand marketing strategies, measuring and reporting onthe success of brand marketing campaigns.
- Proven work experience as an Employer BrandingMarketing Manager, with a positive track record in designing andimplementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experiencein managing a highperformance team, with excellent analytical andproject management skills.
- Experience in B2B servicemarketing.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and bestpractices.
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and trend savviness,with a deep understanding of how all current digital marketingchannels work.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and serviceoriented,with solid prioritization, time management, and organizationalskills.
- Versatile, goaloriented, driven, proactive, andexperienced in networking and influencing decisionmakers.
