Creative Director atBairesDev We are looking for an experienced Creative Directorto join our Marketing team and lead the creative development of ourBrand strategy.

This professional will be responsible for ensuring itseveryday implementation through multiple touchpoints, and through adeep understanding of the client and our target market, help toachieve profit and maximize the brand's long-termpotential.

• Build and lead a team ofcreative professionals with backgrounds in copywriting, motiongraphics, social and web design, and video production/editing, settingcreative goals and vision for the brand, and deliveringtopoftheline creative strategies.
• Develop and executemarketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message andtranslate our messaging needs into great creative experiences,anticipating consumer trends, and keeping the brand up to date.
• Demonstrate creativity through leadership, keeping ahead of trends,assessing new data, keeping up to date with the latest marketingtechniques and digital technology developments, and providingproactive inspiration and recommendations.
• Manage the creativeprocess from concept to completion, translating marketing objectivesinto clear creative strategies, and leading the creative team in theproduction of all marketing collateral.
• Work with the brand teamto produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, andmarketing communications, shaping brand standards, and creatingprocedures that ensure designs and content reflect consistently andpositively the brand image and company ideals and products are brandappropriate.
• Develop and influence brand initiatives ensuringconsistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging, developing,executing, and tracking collateral materials for both internal andexternal purposes.
• Select and manage potential external vendorsand agencies that provide specializations that go outside the corecompetencies of the inhouse team.

• Proven work experience as a Creative Director, with apositive track record in the design and implementation of successfuldigital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in managing ahighperformance team, with excellent analytical and projectmanagement skills.
• Experience in B2B service marketing.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
• Creativity, strategic thinking, and trend savviness, with a deepunderstanding of how all current digital marketing channels work.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and service oriented, with strongprioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Versatile, goal oriented, driven, proactive, and experienced innetworking and influencing decision makers.
