What You WillDo:

• Work with software development teams to gatherrequirements and ensure best practices adhere.
• Conform toexisting industry and Verizon security coding standards adhering tofortify scan and other security tool review requirements.
• Conductcode reviews for junior members of the team and do peer code reviewsto make sure the code is following standards set forward by thearchitects.
• Run test scripts against code to ensure qualitydelivery.
• Resolve code issues with urgency.

Here's what weare looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Java.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
• Experience withMicroservices and the Cloud.
• Advanced algorithm knowledge.
• IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Intermediate agile methodologiesmanagement.
• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLIDprinciples, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
• Design Patternsknowledge.
• Experience in automated tests, and CI/CDpipelines.
• Strong experience with Version control.
