    Currently we have an opening for a Digital Transformation – Project Manager to support digital transformation of Service Operations globally. The Service Platform Program and related projects introduce new solution to support service delivery execution and asset information management. The solution will digitalize our service operations, improving our information flow, fleet information capture and much more in the future. The goal of the program is not only to introduce new technology, but also drive new business change and support continuous operational improvements.

    What you will be doing

  • Plan, organize, and oversee projects from start to finish.
  • Drive the project activities to ensure the projects are finalized to the contentment of all stakeholders, within the designated budget and timeline.
  • With input from project sponsor and key Sales Area stakeholders you will identify and capture the project's goals, objectives, and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required.
  • Regularly communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.
  • Throughout the project lifecycle and prior to project closure you will take the opportunity to evaluate the project's success and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
  • As part of the Digital Transformation and Value Delivery Team you will have an impact on our overall program and project management methodology and will make a significant contribution in our Digital Shift.

  • Time management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
  • Budget management: Manage project budgets and make informed decisions regarding project changes and their impact on budget and timeline.
  • Problem-solving: Identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals.
  • Technical expertise: Good understanding of the technical aspects of the project and be able to communicate effectively with technical team members.
  • General skills: Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Teams, Project methodology and agile methods. Ability to work in a local and remote virtual team environment.
  • Experience: Familiarity with software implementation projects preferably in Service Operations or ERP. Knowledge of Sandvik and offering.
