WebRTC Tech Lead atBairesDev We are looking for a WebRTC Tech Lead to join ourteam and help us evolve our web video experience to the next level.

Weneed someone to lead a dedicated team of engineers to continuallyimprove our video experience. This includes building state-of-the-artmonitoring systems, evaluating new video technologies, and buildingadvanced features like background blur. This professional will havefull autonomy to define the technical video roadmap and lead the videoengineering team. What You Will Do:

• Plan,develop, and implement the product's strategy, bringing experiencewith WebRTC, signaling, and networking.
• Work with designers anddevelopers to develop modern, intuitive user interfaces
• Conductcode analysis and recommend changes in policies and procedures.
• Continuously improve the user experience.
• Work in a collaborativeenvironment with shared code; practice disciplined source code controland process documentation.

Here's what we are lookingfor:

• At least 5 years of fulltime professional softwaredevelopment experience.
• Previous experience working closely withproduct managers and designers to create products for our customers,even in early product definition.
• A 360degree perspective onmultiple programming languages (Tech Leads are expected to befullstack).
• A systemthinking approach to development goesbeyond writing code and fixing bugs to consider architecture andproblem solving.
• A team player with a desire to improveengineers' work through continuous deployment, test automation,postmortem analysis, monitoring, analytics, security, and performanceenhancements.
• Selfstarter mindset, an eagerness to learn newtechnologies, and a deep understanding of how things work.
• Advanced English level.
