    What you'll be doing

    PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Identificar, investigar y resolver proactivamente incidentes y problemas técnicos, así como también restaurar el servicio del cliente mediante la administración de incidentes hasta su resolución.
  • Garantizar que no se pierdan las condiciones de acuerdo de nivel de servicio.
  • Soporte de las plataformas de Service Provider y Data Center para incidentes, requerimientos y análisis de causa raíz.
  • Escalamiento de alto nivel para clientes, ingenieros y equipo en general, en tecnologías de alta complejidad.

    • REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

  • Estudios de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes, Sistemas, Informática, Computación o afines.
  • Certificación CCNP: Service Provider y/o Data Center.
  • Inglés técnico a nivel intermedio (Será evaluado).

    • REQUISITOS DESEABLES

  • Experiencia +5 años en roles de soporte.
  • Certificaciones de nivel profesional en ciberseguridad, de proveedores de servicio o de vendors CISCO - Juniper.
  • Experiencia en proveedores de servicio.
  • Inglés conversacional nivel intermedio.
