    Description:

    Heartland School Solutions, a business unit ofGlobal Payments, is seeking an individual to help lead our leadgeneration team of Business Development Representatives.

    This rolewill work closely with the Director of Demand Generation to ensure weconsistently and effectively execute on strategies and campaigns todrive accelerated growth across our nutrition software and e-commercesolutions.

    The person selected for this position must enjoy working ina fast-paced, highly rewarding, collaborative and customer-centricenvironment.
    You will have a critical role in identifying anddeveloping new sales-based opportunities for our sales reps.

    As amember of our sales team, we are all responsible for the success ofour clients and will be expected to wear multiple hats in support ofstrategic sales and marketingcampaigns.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Fulfills jobresponsibilities of Business Development Representative meeting amonthly quota.
    • Manages day to day responsibilities of LeadGeneration Team to include business development and sales developmentrepresentatives.
    • Works closely/coaches team members to meet orexceed individual activity goals and lead gen quotas.
    • Partnerswith Director of Demand Gen to deliver an execution plan on overalldemand gen goals and strategy.
    • Implements sales tactics andstrategies to find and attract new leads for all areas of ourbusiness.
    • Helps manage all Lead Generation campaigns andactivities through Outreach.
    • Partners with Sales leaders toensure optimized lead flow process.
    • Collects market intel andfeedback and distributes to necessary team members to improve sales,product and marketing strategies.
    • Collaborates on process changesto better convert better quality leads leveraging our internal systems(Outreach, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
    • Maintain a selfstarterattitude by effectively and independently managing time
    • Utilizeestablished prospecting strategies in outreach to prospects.
    • Successfully identify the needs and challenges of prospects.
    • Gauge prospect's interest in the respective product and/or serviceprior to routing the lead to the appropriate sales rep.
    • Abilityto achieve salesbased KPIs by week, month andquarter

    EXPECTATIONS:


    • Become proficient inspeaking to and understanding our nutrition and payments softwaresolutions.
    • Possess technical acumen to effectively learn coresoftware products, in addition to ability to learn additionalsoftware solutions through crosstraining.
    • Ability to securequalified prospects in support of sales targets and revenuegoals.
    • Ability to manage multiple salesbased activities with astrong attention to detail.
    • Strong presentation, verbal andwritten communicationskills.

    A successful BDR must have the abilityto adapt to process changes and improvements, particularly as itrelates to our sales enablement software.

    This also includes assistingin outbound callout campaigns, and the ability to learn anddemonstrate new software solutions proficiently. Additionally, asuccessful BDR will be required to develop demonstration skills,across distinct product lines, as needed.


    CommunicationSkills:

    The ability to clearly and concisely communicate with aclient, either verbally and/or through written communication, isessential in this role.


    Ability to Work Collaboratively andIndependently:

    The BDR will work closely in passing qualifiedprospective leads to sales reps in office.

    However, a successful BDRmust be able to effectively route qualified prospects to remotesalespeople, making the ability to concisely summarize a prospect'sneeds is of paramount importance.


    OrganizationalSkills:

    The ability to operate independently, managing timeeffectively to meet sales organizational needs and goals, is a must.

    This includes managing workflow and follows up on prospects, routingproperly vetted prospects to the appropriate sales rep, and attentionto detail by following up with leads associated with multiplesales-based efforts and campaigns.
