    Pipelines Engineer Lead withexperience as a Piping Engineer, Civil Engineer or related career, tojoin our team.

    This is a unique opportunity to work on a
    fieldmining project in Madagascar, in a multicultural environment withprofessionals from all over the world
    About therole:

    • Plan and coordinate the engineering design accordingto the deadlines and required project standards
    • Ensure that theengineering designs of the discipline are consistent with the scopeand objectives of the Project
    • Leadership of a team specializingin pipelines
    • Plan, schedule, execute, and coordinate engineeringdesign tasks, including complex features such as conflict resolutionand/or difficult coordination requirements
    • Provide technicaldirection and assign work to subordinate personnel such as engineers,designers, draftsmen, technicians, and others who assist in theperformance of specific tasks;
    • Responsible for the review anddevelopment of engineering documents such as calculations,specifications and layout plans for long distance pipelines;
    • Plans, coordinates or prepares material specifications;
    • Responsible for the review and development of executive reports;
    • Provide support to the project manager in the management of projectrequirements and coordination with other engineering areas.
    • Theproject has a duration of at least 1.5 years. The work will be on sitein Madagascar with a shift of 8 weeks work x 4 weeks off. The companycovers travel and accommodation expenses.

    • Pipelines Engineer, Civilor related career;
    • Professional experience over 15 years;
    -
    English advanced level (mandatory), French desirable

    • Analytical skills for solving piping engineering problems;
    • Experience in pipeline layout design and massive earthworks, as wellas pipeline construction and installation;
    • Experience in thedevelopment of technical specifications for pipelines, constructionand assembly of pipelines;
    • Experience in the development ofExecution Plans for pipeline projects and in estimating pipeline routeinvestments;
    • Understanding of engineering planning and controlmethods, including computerized methods;
    • Experience in leadershipof multidisciplinary groups and ability to work in a team;
    • Provenfield work experience
