What You WillDo:

• Define and control processes related to tasksmanagement.
• Coach managers on best practices to plan their tasksand those of the employees reporting to them.
• Act as supportingScrum Master, Agile Coach, etc. in all areas that might benefit fromsuch a role.
• Proactively analyze and propose improvements totasks management processes and practices.
• Audit the proper usageof our tasks management tools (Jira), alerting and correctingdeviations from best practices.

Here's what we are lookingfor:

• 3+ years of work experience in the role.
• Formalcertification/proof of knowledge on Agile and Scrum.
• Deepknowledge of Jira use and configuration (Jira Certification is aplus).
• Previous work experience in the IT market.
