- Design strategic proposals and statements of qualifications including page layout composition and visual design elements aligned to GHD visual brand
- Coordinate with cross-discipline proposal teams to facilitate timely delivery of the proposal
- Understand all relevant RFP requirements to ensure graphics compliance
- Develop informative graphics that convey complex information, including infographics, figures, charts, maps, illustrations, and diagrams
- Design and develop PowerPoint presentations for oral proposal submissions
- Assist with developing the proposal schedule for graphics, maintain and provide updates to the proposal team, and attend short-notice status meetings as needed
- Maintain documentation of design standards and guidelines for proposal graphics
- Work collaboratively with senior graphic designers to support other graphic design projects as needed
- 2+ years prior graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications
- Ability to work on a PC platform to apply design styles and typography and improve page layout for proposals produced in Microsoft Word
- Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles
- 3D design skills (not required but preferred)
