    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Providing the sales team with the resources they need to close more deals. These resources may include content, tools, knowledge, and information to effectively sell Lifecycle service products to customers;
  • Identify opportunities, develop and drive prioritized Lifecycle Services initiatives in alignment with the strategy and key stakeholders in the country;
  • PLAN, actions for the agreed strategic initiatives, DO, execute the actions or support the execution, CHECK, the expected outcome and success, ACT, propose mitigation and next steps accorong to the fndings;
  • Supporting Frontline Sales (Danfoss own and Partner) with service business knowledge in customer and partner meetings and Training sessions;
  • Sharing best practice learnings between the sales teams in the country and service sales enablers in other countries and on global level;
  • Give feedback about the service portfolio and needed enhancements;
  • Give feedback towards service delivery organization for further growth and customer satisfaction.

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation, AND/OR 5-10 Years of relevant hands-on experience in AC Drives projects.


    • Experience with Mining, pulp & paper, energy storage, or marine processing applications.


    • Willing to travel abroad and work in a multicultural environment
