Would you like towork for a Microsoft Gold Partner with offices in 14 countries andoperations across borders? We are in search of
a CorporateIT Manager with
more than 7 years of experience in similarposition of a international organization. A person with astrong background
in Microsoft cloud technologies & platforms,with
excellent English spoken and written language skills. Whocan lead cross
- functional & inter-cultural teams based on some ofthese countries
:Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico or CostaRica. Our client offers

• Leadingcrossfunctional & intercultural team that support 14 countries.
• Support & advise our C level management in questions regarding ITrelated aspects and decisions.
• Secure and advance GDPRcompliance.
• Budget and financial reporting for internal projectand our cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365).
• Responsible for supervision of our global IT security roadmap.
• Coordination & prioritization of internal IT projects.
• Identify,communicate & resolve shortcomings and conflicts between IT relatedprojects and processes.
• Portfolio management & strategicplanning.
• Budget and financial reporting.
• Lead technicaldiscussions, collaborate with stakeholders, partners and teammembers.
• You transfer strategic objectives into operationalactionitems.
• Improve and expand a continues learning cultureacross all hierarchies levels.
• Drive the agile transformation ofour internal IT division

Requirements:

-
Morethan 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. of aninternational organization.

Strong background in Microsoftcloud technologies & platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics365).

English Level:Advanced/Fluent. Excellent spoken andwritten language skills.
Desirable skills/competences

• Experience with at least one agile framework (e.

g. Scrum, SAFe).

• Familiar with the OKR Framework and the underlyingprinciples.
