- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends;
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment of Demand activities with overall business objectives and go-to-market strategies;
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication to improve the accuracy and optimize the customer journey, driving revenue growth;
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven insights models to improve the forecast accuracy and drive the management decision process.
- Provide regular reports and recommendation to Senior Management Team based on the tracking of stablished KPIs;
- Ensure the people pipeline leading the team thought and inclusive culture speeding up the innovation, collaboration and continuous learning within the team;
- Enhance a multicategory mindset and processes improving synergies and looking for further opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other relevant fields - advanced degree or relevant certification are a plus;
- A minimum of 5 year's experience in sales and demand forecasting;
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills;
- Solid knowledge of Sales/Demand Planning role in FMCG Businesses - experience in multicategory business area a plus;
- Strong Leadership attitude to develop the team and influence the business decisions;
- Data-driven skill and concise storytelling;
- Advanced Microsoft Office and knowledge in Sales forecast models;
- Analytic acumen.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
