    Development of complex commercial proposals and contractingmechanisms.

    • Studying the requirements, duties and obligationsof the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company'sgoals and industry regulations.
    • Providing commercial inputinto the cost estimating process.
    • Signoff of bid/projectterms in accordance with own levels of delegated authority andobtaining further corporate approvals in accordance with companydelegations of authority.
    • Identification and management ofcommercial risks to meet project commitments.
    • Support to theproduction and assessment of supplier request for proposals (RFPs)ensuring risk mitigation and value for money is achieved and meetscustomer's needs.
    • Analysis and drafting of contractrequirements and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with lawand corporate policies.
    • Develop negotiation strategies andlead negotiations to ensure strategic business objectives aremet.
    • Contract administration of the allocated projects tomaximize profitability and ensure timely achievement of projectobjectives.
    • Management of the commercial elements of thecontract change control process.
    • Providing contractualguidance and coaching to the project team and briefings on projectcommercial issues when required.
    • Building effectivecommercial customer relationships and assuming commercial focal pointfor allocated projects.
    • Development and continuousimprovement of commercial processes and procedures within thebusiness.
    • As required, lead and project manage bid teams toensure robust proposal responses are submitted on time and withappropriate governance and rigour.
    • Provide input and supportto through lifecycle project delivery improvementinitiatives.
    • As required, provide additionalproject/programme management support and expertise to meet businessneeds.
    • Identify, develop and launch initiatives and tools tosupport delivery of sales and profit targets
    • Developrelationships with key technology providers to enable us to developforward thinking sales and support programmes for ourcustomers
    • Responsibility for all Sales and Commercialprogramme analytics and datascience.

    Degree:
