**About the role**:
We are seeking a Financial Manager to lead thefinance department at RoverPass, a startup focused on the campgroundand RV park industry, and ensure their financial processes runsmoothly. As the head of the finance team, you'll manage thebookkeeper and data team, make sure month-end closes are done on time,and create documentation for processes. You'll also work withother teams to track payments, and collaborate with our FP&A team toensure projections are accurate. **Responsibilities**: -Manage the finance department, including the bookkeeper and datateam
- Ensure month-end financial close processes are run properlyand on time
- Create documentation on how to run theseprocesses
- Work with other teams to identify new processes fortracking payments
- Work with the FP&A team to ensure thatprojections are accurate
- Prepare and present financial reports tomanagement
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting
- Identify andimplement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensurecompliance with financial regulations and laws **Requirementsand Skills**: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting orrelated field
- Proven experience managing a financedepartment
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financialprinciples
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Strongleadership and management skills
- Excellent communication andpresentation skills
