    The Position:


    What We're LookingFor:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years of B2B marketingexperience.
    • A successful track record achieving results whileworking internally or with a services provider to plan and carry outmarketing communications programs
    • Handson, proven experiencegenerating robust amounts of salesready leads using the followingstrategies: _ SEO _
    - _Google AdWords _
    - _LinkedinAdvertising _
    - _Content creation and marketing (including reports,whitepapers, blogs, newsletters, etc.) _
    - _Conference marketing_
    - _Other forms of engagement, including events, podcasts, etc_
    Experience with:
    • Branding
    • PR
    • Definingideal customer profiles
    • Copywriting and editing
    • Experienceleading marketing and communications engagement strategies in an ITservices, recruiting, staffing, or software consultingenvironment.
    • Knowledge of, and competence with tools forgenerating traffic, converting users into leads, and nurturing thoseleads along the pipeline.
    • An individual with the ability toswitch between marketing for brand and marketing for sales, linkingactions to results.
    • An individual that operates with frugalityand knows when to use resources/budget wisely and when to be stringentin order to achieve the best results.
    • Proficiency with designtools including Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, andFigma.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with theability to create compelling content and adapt messaging for differentaudiences.
    • Excellent organizational and project managementskills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinessimultaneously

    What You Will Do:


    • Own and managethe marketing strategy for all FullStack company initiatives.
    • Create digital and print materials and drive campaigns, bothinternally and externally to promote the organization.
    • Consultoften with the CEO on regional and geographic strategies that areinfluenced by the sectors we focus on.
    • Collaborate internallywith product teams and creatives on marketing initiatives.
    • Staycurrent on trends, culture, and events; bring inspiring externalinsight into the workplace.
    • Create content to support, define,and drive the company's vision.
    • Manage FullStack's costperclickmarketing on Google AdWords, Linkedin, and Instagram.
    • ManageFullStack's SEO strategy, including content calendars, using AIbasedwriting tools to create longform content and blog posts, and managebacklink campaigns.
    • Work with designers to create static andvideobased ads.
    • Build and amplify the brand voice forFullStack.
    • Drive all internal branding and communications.
    • Oversee company swag store and work with outside designers and vendorsto create new swag on a quarterly basis.
    • Manage internal companyevents and external conferences
