    How to contribute to our vision:

  • Contribute individually to the achievement of functional or business targets by applying professional expertise.
  • Contribute individually to the implementation of EHS guidelines and processes.
  • Ensure that all employees, contractors, and visitors observe safety rules where necessary.
  • Provide management and employees with competent EHS advice.
  • Provide guidance to management on the promotion and implementation of the EHS objectives for continuous improvements.
  • Provide advice to management on the implementation of EHS legislation and other EHS obligations.
  • Ensure that environment impacts, and significant risks are identified and communicated.
  • Ensure that appropriate measuring and monitoring of EHS issues is undertaken and reported.
  • Provide advice to management on EHS compliance.
  • Attend the regularly scheduled EHS committees ́ meetings.
  • Aid in the completion of risk assessments where required and ensure that they are regularly reviewed.
  • Communicate established EHS reports on time.
  • Ensure all accidents and near misses are managed in accordance with the company accident and reporting procedures.
  • Ensure accident and incident statistics are compiled for reporting.
  • Ensure relevant EHS records are kept, maintained, and updated as and when necessary.
  • Ensure provision is made for all employees, including agency temporary workers, to receive suitable and sufficient EHS Inductions.
  • Ensure procedures exist in order that all contractors and visitors entering works premises are made aware of any EHS rules and any other specific requirements.
  • Ensure safety equipment is available and properly maintained and fire drills are undertaken at regular intervals with records maintained as to their effectiveness.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of effective PPE, as specified by risk assessments, are readily available as needed, providing advice and guidance on the type and suitability of PPE issued appropriate to the risk assessment.
  • Consider employee complaints relating to EHS matters, communicate through the relevant company channels and bring to the attention of the EHS committees as required.
  • Ensure they keep updated and informed of legal requirements, hazards in the workplace, company EHS policy and procedures.
  • Encourage the participation and involvement of all employees.
  • What You Need to Make a Difference

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant studies like PRL.
  • Experience in an industrial filed (engineering, mechanical, electronic or electric)
  • Valuable to have GWO trainings.
  • Availability for travel.
  • Driver license.
  • Team Work
  • excellent communication, organizational, motivational abilities. Flexibility and empathy.
  • capacity to design and/or to coordinate the implementation of internal EHS guidelines and processes within assigned organization.
  • good knowledge of English (B2)
