    What you will be doing


    PRIMARY DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
    _

    • Responsible for implementing company standardsfor store appearance and merchandise arrangement by workingcollaboratively with instore personnel.
    • Assists new customers ininitial store set up and optimal merchandise stocking techniques.
    • Evaluates current store stock level and replenishes inventory byplacing actual orders or suggesting ordering quantities.
    • Responsible for removing damaged and outdated merchandise fromshelves; returns process administered for qualified stores.
    • Actively involved in product relocation, store resets, and labelingfor new and existing inventories.
    • Merchandises specificcategories within a store environment using planogram implementationin conjunction with analytical storespecific data.
    • Serves as afront end consultant to customers when dealing with product placementand merchandising concepts.
    • Utilizes ABC reporting data to gageproduct sales and ordering from DCs as well as generating tailoredreports for store personnel on an as needed basis.
    • Prepares StoreLayout & Design drawings using Visio software for qualifiedcustomers.
    • Records all store activities and observations intoCRM.
    • Maintains ongoing collaborative efforts and communicationswith Community & Specialty Pharmacy, Health Systems, and BusinessDevelopment Sales teams.
    • Attends District and Regional meetings,trainings, and tradeshows on an as needed basis.
    • Must live withinin 45 minutes of assigned territory
    • Vero Beach
    • Performs relatedduties as assigned.

    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Requires broadtraining in fields such as business administration, accountancy,sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generallyobtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Programor equivalent combination of experience and education.

    Normallyrequires two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressivelyresponsible experience.

    _ Strong organizational skills; attention todetail Knowledge of ABC policies, programs & services andproducts Ability to communicate effectively both orally and inwriting Strong creativity skills; focused anddisciplined Strong interpersonal skills Goodmathematical and analytical skills Strong computer skills;knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability totravel within assigned territory which includes, but is not limited toVero Beach and possibly 50% overnight travel as well as other areas ifneeded.
