    Job Overview

    This Marketing & Business Development Apprentice role is for a self-starter who can adapt to different challenges and take on multiple roles in marketing, business development, or sales support. No prior experience is required, just a growth mindset and flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and implement automation strategies for repetitive tasks.
    • Assist with sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives.
    • Support business development through outreach, follow-ups, and partnership-building efforts.
    • Research and implement AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance business operations.

    Requirements:

    • Basic experience in sales and marketing.
    • Fluent English communication skills.
    • Highly adaptable and able to switch roles as needed.
    • Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
    • Comfortable with research and experimentation.
    • Familiarity with AI and automation tools.
    • Able to work independently without constant supervision.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Knowledge of another European language.
    • Passion for craft industries.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar productivity tools.
