- Develops people strategy considering the organization's strengths and weaknesses

- Supports and implements CoE led initiatives and opportunities
- Build HR KPI ́s to take decisions accurate and identified opportunities for business units
- Bachelor's degree on Economic-Administrative
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar roles
- Demonstrates adaptability and focus in the face of ambiguity and complexity
- Demonstrates leadership courage and communicates with impact
