- Buscamos nuestro nuevo partner que será responsable de supervisar y gestionar eficientemente el presupuesto asociado al proyecto, garantizando una administración financiera efectiva y transparente, contribuyendo al éxito y cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto Concón 2025.
- Supervisar el presupuesto vinculado al proyecto y evaluar su cumplimiento con los estándares establecidos, basándose en la comparación con el presupuesto inicial.
- Encargado/a de elaborar informes semanales y mensuales del proyecto, contrastándolos con el presupuesto general.
- Coordinar con los auditores designados para el proyecto, asegurando una comunicación fluida y eficiente.
- Preparar el flujo de caja del proyecto, bajo la supervisión directa de la gerencia.
- Encargado/a de informar y aprobar los pagos relacionados con el proyecto, sujetos a la supervisión del mismo.
- Manejar las facturas electrónicas vinculadas al proyecto, asegurando su correcto registro y seguimiento.
- Liderar la implementación de mejoras para el proyecto, abarcando la incorporación de herramientas informáticas y otras soluciones innovadoras. Esto incluye identificar oportunidades de optimización, evaluar y seleccionar herramientas tecnológicas apropiadas, y supervisar la integración efectiva de estas mejoras para potenciar la eficiencia y el éxito del proyecto.
- Contador Auditor o carrera afín.
- Contar con al menos 5 años de experiencia en la posición o similar.
- Conocimientos de ERP (Módulo SAP, FICO y Módulo MM).
- MS Office avanzado
- Inglés nivel avanzado (excluyente).
- Flexibilidad para trabajar en Santiago y Concón.
