- Proposeimprovements in staffing, recruiting and farmingprocesses.
- 5+ years ofexperience in recruiting/staffing.
- 1+ year of experience inRecruiting IT.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
