    What We're Looking For

    As the Vendor Onboarding lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the vendor onboarding and update processes within our organization. You will manage a team responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient vendor data management using the Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM) module and operating within the Netsuite ERP system. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining effective vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and optimizing processes to enhance vendor management efficiency and effectiveness.

    What You'll Do

  • Supervise a team responsible for vendor onboarding and data management, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and accuracy in their work.
  • Oversee the vendor onboarding process, including the collection and verification of vendor information, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage vendor records and updates within the Coupa SIM module and Netsuite ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and legal teams, to facilitate the timely onboarding and approval of new vendors.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for vendor onboarding and data management processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor vendor compliance with contractual agreements, insurance requirements, and other regulatory obligations, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve inquiries, discrepancies, and issues related to vendor onboarding and data management.
  • Conduct regular audits of vendor records and data to identify and address inaccuracies, duplications, or inconsistencies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to vendor management and onboarding processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve vendor management processes, systems, and tools.
  • The Skills You'll Need

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in vendor management, vendor onboarding, or related roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Experience with vendor management systems (, Coupa SIM) and ERP systems (, Netsuite), with proficiency in data entry and system navigation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to vendor management, such as anti-bribery laws, data privacy regulations, and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of vendor management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and automation tools is a plus.
