We seek a Recruiting Analyst Ssr Level who shares our passion for innovation and change.
This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
You will get the chance to:
Be responsible of the full cycle recruiting process
Create recruitment strategies to fulfill IT positions.
Search and attract candidates through databases, and social media networks.
Work as a business partner providing visibility to internal customers and recommend different strategies to fulfill open positions.
Provide relevant information to candidates about culture, career path, professional development and benefits.
Give feedback to all candidates undergoing the process, updating constantly their status or feedbacks in management systems.
What will help you succeed:
1 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle of IT recruiting process.
Advanced English skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Goal orientation and flexibility will be rewarded.
This job can be filled in Santiago de Chile .
