    El Ejecutivo de Atención al Cliente en Willis Towers Watson es un rol crucial para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y brindar un servicio excepcional.

    Rol y Responsabilidades

    1. Atender llamadas, correos electrónicos y otros canales de comunicación para resolver dudas o brindar asistencia sobre productos y servicios de seguros, ofreciendo cotizaciones personalizadas y recomendaciones a los clientes.
    2. Gestionar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de contratación de seguros, modificaciones de pólizas, reclamos y renovaciones, asegurando que se cumplan con las políticas de la empresa.
    3. Mantener una comunicación constante con los clientes para asegurar la actualización de sus datos y condiciones contractuales, facilitando el acceso a información relevante.
    4. Resolver situaciones de atención de manera eficaz y eficiente, gestionando reclamos, quejas y solicitudes con un enfoque orientado a la solución y satisfacción del cliente, siempre priorizando su bienestar.
    5. Realizar cobranza, rehabilitaciones y orientación al cliente para realizar pagos y activación de mandatos, promoviendo la transparencia y la honestidad en todas las interacciones.
    6. Seguimiento a inspecciones, verificando que se cumplan con los estándares establecidos y resolviendo cualquier inquietud que surja durante el proceso.
    7. Despacho de pólizas, asegurando que se realice de manera precisa y oportuna.
    8. Correcto funcionamiento de plataforma de despacho, garantizando la seguridad y la integridad de la información.
    9. Ingreso de claves y accesos a WTW online, protegiendo la confidencialidad de la información y evitando cualquier acceso no autorizado.
    10. Realizar cotizaciones y seguimiento a seguro de salud, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas y efectivas a los clientes.
    11. Ingreso de requerimientos a sistema de ticket, garantizando que se atiendan de manera rápida y eficiente.

    Requerimientos

    1. Conocimientos básicos de seguros, incluyendo tipos de coberturas y riesgos asociados.
    2. Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, tanto verbal como escrita, permitiendo interactuar con clientes y colegas de manera clara y comprensible.
    3. Capacidad para resolver problemas y manejar situaciones de presión, manteniendo la calma y la objetividad en momentos de alta tensión.
    4. Orientación al cliente, proactividad y empatía, permitiendo entender y atender las necesidades y preocupaciones de los clientes.
    5. Trabajo en equipo y disposición para aprender, colaborando con colegas para alcanzar objetivos comunes y desarrollar habilidades nuevas.
    6. Conocimientos de Excel, permitiendo analizar y presentar información de manera efectiva y visualmente atractiva.
