    Team and Role Overview

    Thepurpose of the Customer Delivery Centre is to provide businessexpertise to support an organization's global or domesticimplementation by designing new processes, optimizing current ones,managing complex implementation projects, and providing user supportand training.

    We are seeking a Front-Office Consultant to work in acustomer‐facing role to drive global systemimplementations.


    Responsibilities:

    Work directly withcustomers to gather, scope, and understand business requirements, andinfluence them toward our best practice solutions
    Work hands-on todesign, configure, and test the system to ensure that it meets thebusiness requirements wherever there is a deviation from ourout-of-the-box solution
    Follow up with the Client's end-users tovalidate the solution delivered, achieve signoff, and continue tosupport various phases such as SIT, UAT, Migration activities, andmove the system toward go-live
    Identify and raise approved coreproduct gaps and follow up through our internal process untildelivery.

    During the development of enhancements, the Consultant willwork with the Product team or Project technical team to iterativelytest enhancements to ensure they will meet business requirements.

    Finally, the Consultant will assist in deployment and validation bythe Client.
    Responsible for training users on basic use of thesystem, and new functionality
    Skills And Requirements
    Experienceworking with a software vendor in a Business Analysis role or as afunctional Front-office user within the capital marketsindustry
    Expertise in the support and/or implementation of Front

    Office Requirements:
    detailed hands‐on knowledge aboutindustry-standard front office standards for market data management(bootstrapping algorithm), trade capture, pricing (Black‐Scholes,Cox‐Ross), and risk (Monte Carlo, VAR)
    Experience writingfunctional and business specifications with the ability to mapconceptual financial and business elements to practical systemcapabilities
    Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to75%), as required
