    Xylem, empresa multinacional dedicada a la solución de los problemas del agua se encuentra en búsqueda de "Ingeniero de Gestión de Proyectos".

    El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida formación en Ingeniería Civil o carrera profesional afín y experiencia demostrable en el rubro industrial, particularmente en tratamientos de agua y equipos de bombeo.


    Habilidades blandas:

    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
    • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
    • Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
    • Colaboración y trabajo en equipo.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Asumir el control de los Proyectos y Contratos de Servicios cuando sean adjudicados a Xylem, gestionando la ejecución para garantizar el cumplimiento de todos sus requisitos.
    • Trabajar en estrecha coordinación con las B.U.s (Unidades de Negocio), departamento de compras y proveedores para reducir los costes de ejecución de los proyectos, mejorando el margen objetivo.
    • Supervisar el flujo de caja y los costes de los proyectos y contratos de servicios en estrecha coordinación con el controlador local.
    • Desafiar a las Unidades de Negocio para que ejecuten los pedidos de la forma más rentable.
    • Controlar todos los hitos del proyecto, como los puntos de retención, los pagos progresivos, la documentación, los planos, los certificados, las pruebas de rendimiento, los informes de materiales, los envíos parciales, la entrega in situ, la instalación, la puesta en servicio, la puesta en marcha, etc., para garantizar una ejecución sin problemas.
    • Colaborar con el gestor de proyectos y de servicios de campo del cliente para coordinar, en el momento oportuno, todos los recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo con éxito la instalación y puesta en marcha del producto o sistema.
    • Supervisar el cumplimiento puntual por parte del cliente de los hitos del proyecto.

    Requisitos excluyentes:

    • Profesional Ingeniero Civil o carrera afín.
    • Experiencia de al menos 5 años en el rubro industrial, preferiblemente en tratamientos de agua y la industria del agua.
    • Conocimiento avanzado de equipos de bombeo y sistemas de tratamiento de agua.
    • Nivel de inglés avanzado, tanto en comunicación escrita como verbal (excluyente y comprobable en entrevista)
    • Se priorizará personas con certificación PMI y manejo de MS Project.
    • Requiere disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente dentro de Latinoamérica Xylem es una empresa abierta a la diversidad, equidad e inclusión, por lo que todos quienes cumplan los requisitos son invitados a participar.
