Staffing Analyst Leadat BairesDev What You Will Do:

• Define Staffingstrategy for available openings.
• Reveal information related toprofile and openings assignment.
• Work with PMs and AMs toidentify farming opportunities in the different accounts.
• Proposeimprovements in staffing, recruiting, and farmingprocesses.

• 5+ years ofexperience in recruiting/staffing.
• 1+ year of experience inRecruiting IT.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
