    The Position:


    • As Recruiting Manageryou will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for thecompany. This includes developing and implementing strategies toattract and retain top talent, as well as managing the recruitingteam.

    Some specific responsibilities may include:

    • Settingrecruiting goals and targets, and developing a plan to achievethem.
    • Leading the recruitment process.
    • Developing andimplementing a compensation plan for the recruiting and sourcingteam.
    • Create and implement OKRs to evaluate the recruiting andsourcing team.
    • Design and help implement KPI dashboards to trackcritical performance metrics.
    • Ability to use KPIs to makemeaningful decisions and changes based on the analysis of data.
    • Managing and mentoring the recruiting team, including setting goalsand performance expectations, providing feedback and support, andconducting performance evaluations.
    • Developing and maintainingrelationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders tounderstand their talent needs and ensure a smooth recruitmentprocess.
    • Staying uptodate with industry trends and bestpractices in recruiting, and implementing new strategies asappropriate.
    • Collaborating with other departments, such asStaffing, HR, and Marketing, to develop and execute employee brandingand employer value proposition initiatives

    What We'reLooking For:


    • 3+ years of experience leading recruitingteams.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, business administration,or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in ITrecruiting.
    • Experience in leading teams of at least 5people.
    • Knowledge of the IT market, both developmentprofessionals and business profiles.
    • Advanced English level.
    • Technical background is a plus
