¿Cuál es tu día a día?
El Assistant FacilityManager asistirá al Account Manager y al

Facilities Managerpara:
Mantenimiento y operaciones
Eventos y actividadesoperativas
Gestión de proveedores de servicios en elsitio
Compras: suministros y equipos
Presupuesto local ycontabilidad
Servicio de asistencia
Servicio deocupación
Gestión de oficinas
Contacto corporativo:Teléfono y visitas
Atención al clienteinterno
Aparcamiento
Almuerzo
Sala de correo y servicios demensajería Se requiere
Mas de 2 años de experiência enposiciones similares
Experiência en Hoteleria, atencion al cliente,secretariado, administración (en ámbito corporativo y mandosejecutivos).
Conocimiento de Excel Intermedio
