DevOps Tech Lead atBairesDev If you are a natural DevOps Tech leader withmentoring experience, this job is for you As a Tech Leader in ourDevelopment Team, your mission will be technically overseeing a teamof experienced front and back developers.

You will work in afast-paced global team in charge of pushing the innovation to the nextlevel. Innovation is at the heart of the BairesDevstrategy.


What You Will Do:

• Experience using DevOpstoolsets/mindset, including CI/CD, configuration management andcontainerization.
• Create full SDLC DevOps platforms.
• Leadingteams in an engineering capacity.
• Create largescale blueprintsand roadmaps, including current & future states for infrastructuretechnology.

Here's what we are looking for:

• 7+ yearsof experience working as DevOps.
• Advance agile methodologiesmanagement.
• Advanced Design Patterns knowledge.
• Advanced ITinfrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with Security.
• Fullyspecialized in Backend, Frontend development areas.
• Strongexperience in coding reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertunderstanding of the benefits/weaknesses of client'srequirements.
• Advanced knowledge of the tradeoffs of choosing acertain technology.
• Strong experience participating in meetingswith clients, users, and stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams,allocating tasks, identifying risks, decision making, estimatingtasks, managing conflicts, planning.
