    Mission To be the first support to themanagement team in providing the necessary information to make thebest decisions. You will be responsible for designing and preparingreports to analyze the sales, market and operational activity resultsof the Sales Representatives and share the findings with themanagement team. Organize existing data to generate and analyzereports to support good decision making. Management of technologicaltools for increased productivity. Field accompaniment (20%) of thetime to support sales management.
    Main functions

    • Design and share reports with different internal customers (Marketing,General Manager, sales reps, etc.)
    to enable them to make betterdecisions.

    • Regularly analyze the reports generated to reachrelevant conclusions that add value to the business and challenge thecompany's performance and strategy.
    • Elaborate the Sales ForceEffectiveness strategy to meet our business objectives and translateit into specific actions and targets.
    • Follow up on establishedtargets and implement corrective actions when targets are notmet.
    • Elaboration of sales network incentive calculation andanalysis.
    • Direct interaction with sales and marketing teams toprovide findings and actions related to data analysis.
    • Activeparticipation in the preparation of monthly operational meetings andquarterly Business Reviews.
    • Support to the management team bypreparing reports to precisely analyze extraordinary situations.
    • Residence in Chile, Santiago de Chile
    • Degree in CommercialEngineering, Industrial Engineering, etc. (Not exclusive)
    • Highlevel of English
    • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBi
    • Theposition requires people with a minimum of 3 years of relevant workexperience in similar positions in Commercial or Finance.
    • Demonstrate a clear interest in the business and a willingness tocontribute to the achievement of better results.
