determined by each resident's care plan - Provide assistance with Activities of Daily
Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity - Report changes in resident health status to the clinical
team - Connect with residents and family members in a
compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience - Engage in continuous learning and development
opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars,
staff meetings, and other learning experiences - Comply with all rules and regulations regarding
confidentiality and privacy of team members and resident information - Perform any other duties as assigned
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required
- Current certification from an accredited
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program - Exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills - Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion , and dignity
