Funciones del Puesto
- Developexpertise in print & processing equipment in order to assess the bestequipment, technology, and partners globally to enable Resonance todeliver breakthrough results and achieve our destination.
- Leadprojects in developing new processes and procedures, fromproof-of-concept through qualification for high volume production thatdeliver tangible business results
- Responsible to eliminate allcauses of failure and ensure full useful life in coordination withdaily maintenance completed by operating personnel.
- Schedulesrepair, maintenance, and installation to ensure continuous productionoperations.
- Creates and manages the maintenance and storesbudgets.
- Inspects operating machines and equipment forconformance with operational standards.
- Reviews production,quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan andmodify maintenance activities.
- Execute plant-specific vision andmission to assure continuous improvement and alignment with thecorporate vision.
- Provide leadership in implementing /maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
-Engage process development, integration, troubleshooting andcontinuous improvement efforts in both technical leadership andcross-functional team member roles. This position will supportproduction, R&D and process improvement efforts by developingtechniques, procedures, and equipment required for the manufacturingof products created by Resonance. Requisitos del Puesto
-Industrial laundry, electrical and boiler equipment (it's a plus)
-Advanced English
- Knowledge of OSHA and other environmentalregulations
- Budget management Experiência Deseada
-Experience in Mechanical Engineering (5+ years)- Experience asfacilities manager or relevant position
- Experience managing in afast-paced environment
- Experience leading and implementingMaintenance systems Habilidades Deseadas
