We are looking forproactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizationalcapacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with markedattention to detail.

What You Will Do:

• Executethe staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Correctlyobtain information related to the profile and assignment of therequired openings.
• Collaborate with the Operations and ClientServices areas to identify farming possibilities in the differentaccounts.
• Propose improvements to the staffing and recruitingprocesses.

Here's what we are looking for:

• Provenanalytical ability, extreme attention to detail, and the ability toprioritize effectively, as well as multitasking skills.
• Degree inBusiness, Systems, HR, or in a related field.

- +3 years experiencein Staffing or Project Management.

• 1+ years of experience in ITRecruitment (is a plus).
