YOUR MISSION: - Support continuous improvement forconnected IT systems.
- Provide input and support the development of Training materials &technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer between ITteams.
- Support in the definition of technical requirements basedon business needs.
- Communication andcoordination with internal and external business partners and businessstakeholders
- Main point of contact between Global IT Supportteams and LATAM
- Fluent in English is amust.
- Successfully completed studies in the field of IT orsimilar
- System administration and scripting language is required(sFTP, ETL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle SQL, PowerShell, etc.)
- Highlevel analytical and problem solving mindset & hands on mentality
- Good communication skills and strong team player, with the ability toeasily and effectively interact with business stakeholders andbusiness partners.
- Knowledge of managing POS system(s) iswelcomed
- Experience in Software Development methodologies andfrontend & backend processes in Retail/Wholesale is aplus.
