    HR Manager - Chile

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the HR Global Strategy.
    • Assist in the identification of training and development needs for the workforce.
    • Support the Recruitment Process.
    • Support the Onboarding of the employees.
    • Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
    • Management of the activation of Internships and Apprenticeships
    • Managing administration of HR programs including, but not limited to: Compensation & Benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, Performance and Talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale, occupational Health and Safety, Training and Development.
    • Support the daily Issues and the Operations related to the employees management and the internal communication
    • Support the implementation of Company Policies
    • Support the management of the employees on the HRIS Platform (Workforce/ADP)
    • Management of the communication with payroll
    • Ability to build relations with Unions and management of Industrial Relations

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Human Sciences
    • 3 5 years of proven experience in HR Management with Industrial Relations exposure
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Management at all
    levels.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to understand the need for change and adapt to change
    • Flexibility and Proactivity
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
    • Fluent in English
    • Selfstarter willing to work independently and proactively.

    Bonus Skills and Experience

    • Experience in the solar power / renewable energy industry is considered an asset.
