    • A diploma or degree in Business Management, HR Management, or related fields.
    • Proven experience as an office manager, HR manager, or in a similar role within a corporate environment, preferably in the FinTech sector.
    • Proficiency with technology, including MS Office suite, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
    • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
    • A proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
