Assist thecommercial area as required. Ensure effective and timely handling ofcommunications with clients and with DSV offices or any of its agents.
Maintain coordination of freight shipments until confirmation ofarrival,maintaining updated information in the corresponding system atall times, as well as maintaining control of the files, as well as ofthe offers accepted for coordination, including their costs and incomein the Operating System (today CW1), making sure to open the fileswithin established standards and under strict timediscipline.
