As a Sr. Specialist Sport Marketing - Multisports (Football excluded) your responsibility is to identify the countries ́ talents at the earliest age possible and to include them into the brands atheltes portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identification, planning and flawless execution of the scouting attack plan according to defined SPOMA (Sport Marketing) Athletes Scouting KPI ́s.
    • To become a key contact in the world of professinoals and young athletes by providing excellence of servicing and product supply.
    • Negotiation, contracting and execution of athletes contracts, according to and fully compliant with internal sports marketing and legal/financial guidelines.
    • Day to day management of all scouting relations of our portfolio. Execute contract rights properly to strengthen our connections and build more reliable relations - Securing high level and fast assets service.
    • Develop powerful relationships with agents, and all other important stakeholders in the world of scouting and sports, to increase the probability to recognize, scout and sign the best talents of the country of each age category.
    • To attend national and international Youth events and use them as a platform for scouting (identify, contact, network and sign).
    • Excellence in the execution of budgeting, financial, legal and compliance, and any other type of internal responsibility. Proactive and open communication with SPOMA scouting and athletes management counterparts in other countries, regional and global offices. Apply a one team philosophy.

    Requisite Education and Experience & Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in related field.
    • 3 years experience in Marketing, Brand Communications or similar.
    • Previous experience in Sports Management, Athletes Management, Sports Industry or similar.
    • Demonstrated Sports Market and Industry awareness, depp knowledge in sports and related tournaments, club, events.
    • Additional knowledge in Commercial negotiation, Marketing budget, legal contracts will be highly appreciated.
    • Passionate about Sports: the Industry, the Athletes, local & global trends in sports as Training, Running, Rugby, Hocket. Tennis & Padel, etc.
    • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, spanning from Executive Management to Operations Teams.
    • Demonstrate comprehension of the challenges encountered by athletes, including financial constraints, media, relocation, and language barriers. Provide a compassionate and hogh quality service to help Adidas in designing initiatives that support athletes in overcoming these obstacles.
    • Demonstrate strong motivation and laser focus on the task at hand showing determination and ability to stay on track even in challenging situations.
    • Unwavering commitment to maintaining absolute confidentiality in all business matters.
    • Fluency in both Spanish and English. Be able to work in an English-speaking environment in a daily basis.
    • We are seeking a dedicated professional who understands the dynamic nature of business and sports. The successful candidate must be willing to go the extra mile, ensuring their availability beyond regular office hours. Flexible Schedule: The ability to adjust working hours to accommodate sports events, and other time-sensitive activities. A commitment to being available during weekends when necessary, especially during critical sporting events or initiatives.
