Descripción
Reportando al Líder de Operación e Infraestructura, sus principales funciones serán:
* Gestionar los proyectos desde el inicio hasta el cierre con el objetivo comprometido de entregar a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto, alcance completo con un alto nivel de calidad y satisfacción comercial;* Trabajar con los gerentes de Operaciones y Departamentales para solicitar y obtener los recursos necesarios para cumplir con los entregables;
* Administrar todos los recursos en relación con el proyecto, esto incluye mantener una visión actualizada detallada del presupuesto, los números reales y los pronósticos;
* Desarrollar y ejecutar los planes de prueba requeridos para garantizar entregables de alta calidad;
* Proporcionar transparencia en la salud del proyecto a través de cronogramas publicados, informes regulares de estado y presupuesto y pronósticos actuales;
* Gestionar y documentar cualquier cambio de alcance que afecte el cronograma, el presupuesto o la calidad;
* Actuar como mediador entre las partes interesadas del proyecto y el equipo del proyecto;
* Coordinar el trabajo técnico en el sitio con los recursos locales de TI.
* Clustering de actualizaciones y reparaciones en proyectos pequeños.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Buscamos Ingeniero Informático o carrera afín con al menos 10 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de implementación en tecnologías de infraestructura en empresas de minería o recursos naturales. Experiencia en Tecnología de Red, SDWAN, Wireless, LAN, WAN, LTE, Internet, VPN, Field Telecoms, Telephony, entre otros. Será un plus si cuenta con certificación PMP, Agile o Scrum Master, experiencia en SCADA y dominio de idioma inglés avanzado (conversacional).
Profesional con orientación a los objetivos, capacidad de autogestión, colaborativo y disponibilidad para trabajar en terreno (iquique, cuanto sea necesario).Qué ofrecemos
