Our Customer Operations team is embarking on an exciting journey to Digitalize the Go to Market Customer Operations such as Integrated Planning, Customer experience and Logistics.
What you can expect from the role?
- _ Lead the Customer Experience team and connectivity with CD and Customers in Chilean Market aiming superior Service._
- _ Lead the Logistics operations in Chile including the order management processes._
- _ Coordinate the SC Operations in Chile including the Integrated Planning Operations and connection with Procurement, Factories and other areas of Supply_
- _ Be a Business partner to the Chilean Heads of Business Units aiming at supporting the growth of the Business and BU objectives of profitability._
- _ Lead the decarbonization agenda for logistics in Chile_
- _ Manage SHE and Quality aspects of the operations_
