**_ Main responsibilities:_**
- Lead, plan,coordinate and execute all agronomy activities at Viluco R&D Cortevasite; including irrigation, fertilization, integrated pest management,ag innovation, digital agriculture, soil rotation, soil sustainablemanagement, land assignment, and other ag related activities.
-Lead agronomy activities ensuring excellent experiment executionaligned with different Viluco projects or program goals.
- LeadViluco agronomy team, develop people, recruit, hire, orient, train,supervise, and evaluate employee performance, embracing CortevaValues.
- Plan agronomy resources and manage Viluco Agronomybudget
- Lead, execute, and continuously check accomplishment ofSafety standards
- Promote and lead innovation and continuesimprovement projects on agronomy related activities andprocesses.

Qualifications_**
-Agronomy and crop science background. M.Sc. preferred.
- Stronginterpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
- Highly degreeof motivation, initiative, change management, accountability, andself-sufficient person.
- Ability to manage temporary workers,strong supervisory skills.
- Committed to detail and high level oforganization, accuracy, and careful control of processes.
-Proficiency with MS Office programs at user level.
- Knowledge ofdigitalization tools and data management desirable.
