    TheHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports business leaderswithin assigned Commercial client groups to unleash the full potentialof their teams through execution of people strategies that supportAlcon's mission: "to help people see brilliantly".

    In this role, theHRBP will contribute to solving complex organizational challengesthrough people-related solutions.

    They will deliver on Alconfoundational principles (customer, innovation & people) to drive valuecreation for Alcon in the areas of people, organization and culture.

    They will foster an inclusive work environment and serve as anadvocate of Alcon's values & behaviors.

    On a regular basis,this role partners with managers to deliver core HR services, ensuresoptimal management of HR processes and associate experience, with afocus on people, organization, and culture.

    The HRBP must havein-depth knowledge of top talent, and provide coaching to managers tohelp them accelerate talent readiness.

    They will collaborate with theHuman Resources Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute strategies forhow we attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class talent.

    The Sr.
    HRBP will also execute programs to support Alcon associates, includingcompensation, performance, diversity and inclusion, as well as talentdevelopment initiatives. The HRBP will maintain strongrelations with Alcon leaders as well as the HR Leadership Team. Theywill support the HR COEs with the design of global HR initiatives andprograms.

    They will work with local HRBPs to understand the uniqueenvironments of the global team and partner with managers and leadersto address potential issues in a proactive manner.

    The HRBP will usedata and metrics to influence their advice to business leaders, makewell-informed decisions, and drive thoughtful workforceplanning.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • In partnership withpeople leaders, delivers Alcon's core HR services and ensures optimalassociate experience.
    • Understands employment laws and regulationsat a highlevel and works with local leadership and employmentcounsels as needed.
    • Partners with the HR COEs to support thedesign and roll out of corporate programs.
    • Participates incomplex HR projects.
    • Drives business success by coaching andadvising teams on associate experience initiatives, such as AssociateExperience Dashboard, Recognition programs, etc.
    • Ensures timelyexecution of all peoplerelated processes in the assignedbusiness.
    • Coaches business leaders on all HRrelated topics management, talent management, and career development, etc.)with guidance from HR leadership as needed.
    • Contributes tohighquality talent benchmarking through selection process, equitablecompensation practices, and adequate talent development.
    • Participate and Support with diagnostic intervention and problemresolution strategies

    Key Requirements/MinimumQualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years ofdirectly related experience.
    • 5 Years or more of RelevantExperience in managerial role.
