• Utilize persuasive communication skills to negotiate with vendors and contractors, always striving for excellence in every aspect of the onboarding process.
• Thrive in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating fluency in English and quick thinking to address any challenges that may arise.
• Manage your team effectively, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Oversee all aspects of property preparation, including coordinating furniture installations, managing logistics, photography sessions and ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
• Handle any issues or setbacks promptly, implementing solutions to minimize delays and maintain a seamless onboarding process.
