    ThoroughTec is seeking a high performing
    Business DevelopmentManager, based in Santiago, to unearth new sales and to serviceexisting clients in South America.

    Reporting to the Executive VicePresident Global Business Development, this role will play an integralpart in the continued expansion of ThoroughTec's CYBERMINE leadershipin South America.


    • Fluency in written and spoken English, Spanishand ideally Portuguese
    • Previous mining industry experience insolution sales, business development, relationship building or clientservicing desirable.
    • A positive and determined approach toidentifying new business opportunities using leads, relevant researchtools, region specific targeting and cold calling.
    • Excellentwritten, verbal and presentation skills with the ability tocommunicate effectively in a business environment.
    • A positive andengaging attitude in dealing with people.
    • An affinity forregional and international business travel (about 30% to 40% of timewill be on the road)
    • A capability to work independently, whilsttaking responsibility as an individual.
    • Excellent organisationaland time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Astable track record of achieving above target performance where themajority of revenue derives from new customers.
    • An inherentlycompetitive nature and a hunger to succeed.
