The Work You'll Do:

The InternalCommunications Manager is responsible to Inform, align, engage andempower employees through internal communications and marketing.

• More specifically you will:_

Strategic Initiatives &Programs: Partner with executives across the business to design andexecutive on multi-channel communications to elevate the visibilityand adoption and celebrate of transformation programs, M&A and otherstrategic initiatives.

Intranet
Governance &Ownership:Own roadmap for corporate intranet (on SharePoint),including leading cross-functional steering group, corporate contentbuild and maintenance, and development of templates and best practicesfor functions and project teams

Executive Effectiveness &Partnership: Consult with and support executives on functionalcommunication cadences, including managing executive communicationcalendar and orchestrating content for all company and functionalSovosConnects town hall style meetings; handle sensitive andconfidential information with discretion and maintain a high degree ofconfidentiality

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closelyacross executive office and with other departments, particularly HR,Transformation and Marketing, to enable cohesive experience foremployees including alignment on messaging, mediums, channels andcontent calendar
What We Need From You

• Acommunications "Swiss Army Knife" with excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, a "good enough" eye for design and ability tojump into tactics (e.g. build visually appealing slides, edit videoand anything in between)
• Ability to think strategically andexecute tactically, with the interpersonal skills required to workwith all levels of management and stakeholders.
• Multichannelcommunications expertise, with instinct for conveying the rightmessage, through the right channel, to the right audience, at theright time.
• Demonstrates organizational and time managementskills, with strong sense of urgency and the ability to jugglemultiple and changing deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretionand professionalism.
