    What are we looking for?

    We have an amazing opportunity to join the Marketing & Communications Team as a Junior Art Director / Creative Producer . In this role you ́ll be responsible for developing and executing engaging and impactful marketing campaigns across various platforms, including TV, film, web, and print. Will report to and work closely with the Global Head of Storytelling and Creative, as well as other high-level executives and external stakeholders, to concept, create and deliver creative content that showcases our brand vision and values.

    Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Coordinate brand story content for various TV, film, web, live event and print platforms.
  • Write outlines for stories based on story editing to pitch to Global Head of Storytelling and Creative
  • Coordinate on-location shoots, even if remotely.
  • Organize and conduct as needed pre-interviews and produce pre-interview reports
  • Partner closely with Global Brand CoE departments and Global Media and Communications CoE
  • Closely collaborate with a small team of storytellers and creative/design leaders.
  • Attend all required meetings and support facilitatation as necessary.
  • What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
  • Story editing experience, preferably in docu-style content
  • 5+ years in creative production, agency work, production management, or related.
  • Skilled in the nuanced use of words, imagery, and design to communicate brand objectives.
  • Possesses technical capabilities that include TV and film production, script and editorial content, and/or cinematic brand storytelling.
  • Excellent project management skills; adept at planning and scheduling complex, multiphase initiatives and controlling outcomes to meet target objectives.
  • Cultivates positive and productive relationships with management and high-level executives; collaborates with high-performing support teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and soft people skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Passionate, creative, and innovative, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
