    Team leads are aligned withlocal and global vision and strategy and are accountable for the endto end quality of service delivered by the team.

    The ITAM team leadoversees project deliverables and supervise the day-to-day operationalactivities and ensures the even distributing the workload across theteam.

    They provide operational direction to the team and assist in thecoordination, implementation and communication of local and globaldelivery initiatives/changes. They assist in the identification ofservice/process, continuous improvement initiatives and provide therequired operational reports that measures operational supportmetrics. They supports the team in resolving operational issuesand escalations.
    Daily Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and monitor the execution of all daily operationalactivities of services & teams.
    • Ensuring 100% process adherenceand delivery within the defined SLA/SOW.
    • Provide feedback monthlyon Continuous Improvement Initiatives based on Engagement reviews
    • Proactively analyzing th quality and ensuring services/tasks aredelivered at the required level of quality.
    • Performance reviewand goal setting of each member for each quarter.
    • Createcustomized reports and analyze the performance of individual teammembers on customer engagements to manage team performancemonthly.
    • Create & Analyze Service Performance reports & ensurecommunication of progress/status to the manager.
    • Performing otherduties s assigned by direct management.
    • Support defining,documenting, coordinating, and rolling out new services/tasks to teammembers.
    • Planning and execution of individual team memberstrainings requirements based on the skill matrix to ensure relevantskill set is maintained within the team.
    • Active management ofteam members utilization & efficiency ensuring balanced serviceengagement across the team.
    • Effectively manage the teams LeaveUtilization with no impact on service delivery.
    • Support inrecruitment of qualified skill requirements within theteam.

    MinimumRequirements:

    • Strong problem-solving and consultativeskills.
    • Strong Project Management experience.
    • Good PeopleManagement skills with the ability to delegate work & motivate teammembers.
    • Strong facilitator that can deal with conflicts andconflict resolution years of experience in the followingareas:
    • Understanding of structure, delivery requirements andservices provided within is practice domain of expertise.
    • Internal management course.
    - professional experience in leadingteams

    • Confident individual that'shighly motivated and resultsoriented.
    • Wellorganized individualwho can easily multitask and manage own and team's time.
