Work From Home SeniorStaff Manager at BairesDev We are looking for a Senior StaffManager to manage one or more medium or large projects, typically todeliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary,highly skilled engineering team.

• Maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiencyby following, delivering, and supporting strategic plans forimplementing technologies.
• Accountable for planning andmonitoring job results.
• Retain staff by maintaining a reliableand communicative work environment.
• Strategically analyze andimprove billable utilization, planning capacity, and forecasting onthe projects' profitability.
• Recommend information technologystrategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizationoutcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipatingrequirements.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing relatedresults as needed.

• 5+Years of experience as People Manager, including PerformanceImprovement planning, Attrition Management, Terminations, etc.
• Solid experience with Financials, Budget management.
• SolidTechnical expertise and IT industry background.
• Solid experiencewith Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask.
• Problem-Solving Oriented.
